Dental Hygiene Application Instructions

New 天涯海角APP Students

Prospective Dental Hygiene students who have not attended 天涯海角APP before (or if it has been more than two years since you last attended) must complete a 天涯海角APP application for admission. The application is the first step in the enrollment process; select the term of the current semester (i.e., until Dec. 15, choose Fall; after Dec. 15, choose Spring), then select Non-Degree Seeking or Liberal Arts for your major. 

After you receive your 天涯海角APP ID number, follow the steps below. It may take 5 business days for your application to be processed; please email Teresa Leland if you want to apply to the program within 10 days of the posted deadline.

Current 天涯海角APP Students

  1. Download and read the Dental Hygiene Application Information Packet (PDF). 
  2. Complete . 
  3. Arrange for official transcripts to be sent directly to 天涯海角APP from all previous college you have attended. It is not necessary to request 天涯海角APP transcripts or transcripts already on file at 天涯海角APP. Your transcripts must demonstrate a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be eligible for admission to the program. If you are a transfer student please visit a 天涯海角APP Counselor on transferability of your coursework before the Dec. 1, 2024, deadline.
  4. Submit the  form. 
  5. Submit ATDH test scores before the Dec. 1 deadline.
  6. Meet with a 天涯海角APP Counselor and attend a Dental Hygiene information meeting.
