Financial Aid Forms and Required Documents

A personalized list of forms and/or documentation required for your financial aid account can be found on the “My Financial Aid” link located on the “Financial Aid & Scholarships” card in your My天涯海角APP account.

Some requirements are electronic and can be completed/submitted online. For PDF forms, you must print and sign manually. Completed and manually signed forms must be returned to the 天涯海角APP Financial Aid Office and may be uploaded electronically, unless otherwise noted.

Reminder – be sure to watch your requirements and student email account if you are seeking financial aid at 天涯海角APP.
