Applicability: This Policy applies to all 天涯海角APP (“天涯海角APP” or the “College”) property.

Purpose: The purpose of this Policy is to ensure College facilities are used for educational programs and services consistent with the College’s mission.

Statement:

The College may restrict the use of facilities and grounds as it deems necessary. The administration will establish rules and regulations and a schedule of fees for the use of College facilities and may assign priorities to groups wishing to use College facilities. The administration has final decision-making authority over all proposed use of College facilities.

Use of College facilities by community groups is encouraged when it does not conflict with 天涯海角APP's mission or schedule and College policies and procedures. Groups and individuals using College facilities must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Use of facilities or equipment by College employees or students must relate to the College’s mission or work assignment and not to support other personal or commercial activities.
