天涯海角APP guarantees a $1,000 minimum scholarship to incoming high school graduates from Kansas and the KC Metro!
Who's Eligible
High school and home-schooled students who reside in Kansas, or in the KC Metro area who qualify for the 天涯海角APP Metro Rate tuition, and who graduate with a 3.25 or higher unweighted GPA.
How to Apply
To qualify for the scholarship guarantee, you must complete the following three easy steps before April 1 of your senior year.
- Submit a 天涯海角APP Admission Application.
- You must be degree or certificate seeking, which you can establish on your initial application. College Now or Quick Step? You’ve already applied, so be sure to change your major to declare program of study.
- Submit your official 7th semester high school transcript.
- Complete the primary . Completing this application also makes you eligible for hundreds of other scholarships available to 天涯海角APP students. The application requires you to log in with your My天涯海角APP username and password. If you just submitted your admission application, your acceptance email will include this information.
Requirements:
- Your enrollment at 天涯海角APP must begin the fall semester that begins immediately after your high school graduation.
- You must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.
- You must declare and be working toward a degree or certificate.
The scholarship funds will be disbursed to you over your first two semesters — with $500 for the fall semester and $500 for the spring semester. You must maintain a minimum cumulative 天涯海角APP GPA of 2.0 at the end of the fall semester.
The CavGuarantee Scholarship is non-renewable, and the scholarship is not stackable with other institutional scholarships. For example, if you are eligible for another institutional scholarship of greater value, that scholarship will replace the CavGuarantee.
